Wow! I don't usually think much about aprons, but this one really makes the difference when it comes to cooking and cleaning. The fabric is light enough that I don't feel like I'm wearing one of those X-ray protective shirts you wear to the dentist, but strong enough that I don't have to worry about ruining my clothes. The pockets are well placed and easy to use. My favorite part of the apron is the adjustable neck - that makes a lot of sense for an item that usually has a reputation for being suffocating. The material of the neck and waist straps is a bit heavy compared to the lightweight nature of the apron, but I think it will become important over time. This is a well made, stylish and comfortable apron that I would definitely recommend to the chef in your life!
