The unique corner bead makes this knife the most convenient!

The best thing about Cutluxe knives is the excellent quality steel and my favorite feature is the unique, incredibly comfortable beveled bolster. This knife sits in the right position in your hand and won't cut your hand after an hour of cutting. This knife is one of the highest quality and most comfortable chef's knives I have ever used and I have many much more expensive knives. I've had it for about two months or more and use it several times a day and it holds its edge very well, just a few strokes on a ceramic sharpener (from Mercer) and it's like new. It is a full shank blade, three rivet construction, heavy square handle. It has the perfect curve for grinding and turning. Fits well in a large hand but not too big for a medium hand, it's well balanced and I mentioned the angled bolster it's so cool! Well, as I mentioned in my video, there were some grip finish issues in the beginning. The metal was sticking out of the grip on the stock and was quite sharp. I had no issues with an immediate replacement and the replacement was better. The latest cleaver they just released was fine, so hopefully Cutluxe fixed that issue, and it looks like they did. I love this chef's knife, if you didn't know how much it cost you'd be guessing a few hundred dollars just by holding it in your hand. It's amazing that you can get such a great knife for such an incredibly low price. I have this set, I honestly don't like this whole set, I don't like the bread knife, it doesn't cut hard bread or big clumsy paring knife, but I can tell you, chef's knife, cleaver and boning knife is the main novelty of the Cutluxe line. I highly recommend this chef's knife as well as the boning knife and cleaver, they are fantastic!
