You can't use them all on a larger bag, but if it's $7 for 40 and $9 for 200, BUY THE BIG PACK. I DIDN'T SEARCH ENOUGH AND THOUGHT I WILL NEVER USE A LARGE BAG BUT $2 MORE IS 5 TIMES MORE ECONOMICAL THAN BUYING 5 BAGS OF 40 BAGS FOR $35 INSTEAD OF PAYING $9 FOR $200 ONE TIME.
