A good set for self-pedicure. Remove dead skin, smooth cracked heels with a sharp file. There is a double-ended rasp to remove dead skin. The loofah sponge makes your whole body smooth. The sharp file is very sharp. I like to use it after showering when my feet are softer. I've used it on my heels and they feel so good. I then used it on the side of my big toe. It was a lot sharper than I thought it would be and I cut my foot. My fault, not the fault of the product. Just a warning to be careful. After using the products, I take out my favorite body cream and apply it to my feet.
