Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Victorinox Swiss Classic 4 Inch Spear Tip Paring Knife: Serrated Blade & Vibrant Red Handle by Raquel Perkins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent knife. spicy! better than competitors. I also bought a pair of Victorinox knives.

I upgraded my knives for budget reasons. These paired Victorinox knives are amazing. I also bought the Mercer line but so far the grip is more ergonomic. it cuts almost as well as a Victorinox, whether serrated or straight, even after sharpening. I bought 3 more pairs of Victorinox knives, one folding and one straight. They make it easier to peel apples, beets, potatoes. foldable because I go spearfishing and I needed a portable serrated knife to scale and fin the fish. I've also tried straight blade knives for cutting sheets of paper. Victorinox is much softer and better than Mercer. Anyway, I have a Deba knife from Mercer's Asian collection with an NSF handle and it does a really good job cleaning fish. i really like it It's much easier to clean fish with than a filleting knife (which is still useful for skinning). Like twin knives, the Victorinox is much better than the Mercer in my experience, although the latter's handle is more ergonomic. History, I return Mercer and I bought more Victorinox. Finally, a Victorinox serrated edge seems to be more useful than a straightedge. But you can't really sharpen them in the future. But they cut so well. They can be great steak knives and I love the fun colors. Produced in Switzerland.
