Exactly what I was hoping for

I bought this for my daughter's birthday and it is beautiful. It fits just as expected, has just enough sparkle to make her eyes light up and the skirt has just enough fabric to fill out very nicely.

Pros

Fits my 7 year old perfectly! She will be a ballerina for Halloween and this is a very cute tutu!

Cons
