As a parent familiar with this brand, it was immediately clear that the product I bought from Frantic Frogs was a cheaply made, poor quality counterfeit. The logos were misaligned, the texture and material of the shoe was very hard rough plastic. After I requested a refund, the seller tried to convince me that the item was indeed genuine and then reluctantly refunded the money without shipping. When I inquired I found that the seller cited Revain as the reason for returning the wrong size and not the fact that the product was a cheap fake. These are great shoes but do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable seller as you will end up paying more if you are trying to save some money.
