When I received the item I was impressed with the build quality. All mounting holes are perfectly matched. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It fits my tray but is a little tight. I have a subscription to the cat poop club and this box just fits in. If you use this service, the easiest way to remove and replace the box is to separately remove the box from the lid that contains it. If you also insert the lid separately first, it will be much easier to place the box inside. . I am happy with this purchase and if I had to replace it for any reason I would buy another.
