I LOVE this shower head! This shower head was ridiculously easy to install. Everything you need is in the box. A small wrench is perfect and the tape is more than enough. The water pressure was phenomenal (no flow restrictor). Now let me clarify the reason for only 3 stars. We've never had a problem with running out of hot water or having to sacrifice water pressure. Until we installed the shower head. After one person finished showering, another didn't have enough hot water to shower, preventing the tank from getting hot again. Often the water started to cool off when you first took a shower. So I took it off and put in a piece of mesh to restrict the flow. Our hot water was no longer a problem but the water pressure sucked! I have a lot of hair and it's almost waist length. Washing was terrible with a restrictive part. A middle ground between the two would be ideal for homes with more than one person and those with hot water tanks. For those who have a tankless water heater, this shower head is perfect! Unfortunately we had to use a different shower head. (I didn't even try to return it because I threw the box away.)
