This is a really nice little heater. It quickly gets rid of the chill of a 10x12 room and is very quiet. I bought it because I don't want to spend money heating the whole house in the morning. Every time my main unit turns on, it costs over $1 and adds up. In any case, my area naturally warms up every day, so I spent money and resources on a few hours of comfort. This little heater uses only 400 watts and costs me about $0.04 an hour. The cord stays cool and a low wattage is safer and more economical than using a higher wattage heater. Luckily I live in a mild climate with temperatures ranging from 30 degrees at night to 60 degrees during the day so this product is perfect for my needs.
