Review on Saken High-Carbon Steel Paring Knife - 3.5-Inch Multi-Purpose Kitchen Utility Knife πŸ”ͺ with Dark Wood Finish - Ideal for Mincing, Slicing, Chopping, and General Cutting Tasks by John Souza

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not the best option. in Paring Knives

This is a nice sturdy knife but I can't get used to the way it feels in my hand and the size of the blade interferes with the cleaning process. This rating is for me and my way of working - for others it may seem perfect! I don't think it holds the blade well - I have to sharpen it a lot and it never gets as sharp as my other knives.

Pros
  • ERGONOMIC DESIGN - This 3.5" paring knife features a wooden handle with a dark wood finish that balances the blade perfectly - very comfortable to use and hold!
Cons
  • Compatibility
