Not that sharp.: Asian knives

Not very sharp. I'm disappointed. I have to touch it up with 3000 to 8000 grit whetstones. It also feels good in the hand and looks good. Long-term performance remains to be seen. I saw other reviews. There have been people who have complained that it rusts...well, there's carbon steel in it, of course it will rust if you don't take care of it...yeah, there's no rust here yet. I wash it dry and rub it with olive oil after each use.
