Almost completely without function.

I bought this because of the good review history and after getting it I am confused as to why it got good reviews. Of the attachments, only one works at all, the file, and that's not very efficient. The other two attachments do nothing except rub my skin and make it a little rough. They do not remove layers of dead or dried skin. The blades just don't work and do nothing but rub against the skin you're trying to use them on without success. After trying to use it, it had no effect on the skin of my legs. I would not recommend this to anyone who needs it to perform its stated function.
