Review on 🥐 Norpro Stainless Steel Cannoli Forms – Set of 4, 5.75in/14.5cm by John Stowers

I'll admit I've never tried any other brand but these were perfect for us. We are not experienced chefs but we enjoyed making this and may try again for a fun holiday treat for the whole family. For us, this worked best in a large conveyor-belt pot, where one or two people would wrap the dough into the molds and one person would stir the pot and pull them out when they were done. When working with boiling oil, you should definitely wear an apron and don't drop the cannoli, but carefully lower them into the oil, otherwise you could burn yourself.
