Almost for typists

The first one I ordered was defective so I sent it back for the second. This one is good so far, straight out of the box. The only complaint I have is that the right shift key is tiny. Like a blind typist, but not very fantastic at it, the tiny Shift key makes it very difficult to find with your right pinky. Luckily I have a set of rubber bumpers that I used on my latest keyboard to make the F and J keys more expressive (again to help with touch typing) and I've added them to the tiny right Shift key. to make it easier to hit with the right little finger. The size is great, it fits snugly in my lap as I bend forward to type without hanging on either side. There is a star deduction for the tiny shift key. ====== ================= After a few days of use I didn't really like the tactile feedback. I'm more used to typing lightly on Microsoft's Ergo Sculpt keyboard, while it requires a much harder keystroke than someone more used to a mechanical keyboard than a membrane keyboard might be tempted to use. However, I don't know many mechanical keyboard lovers who will switch to a membrane keyboard. If you're used to the much easier typing on the Microsoft Sculpt keyboard, these keys will feel sticky at first, but you really just have to press the keys a little harder than you're used to, it's like the worst of both worlds.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
