I had a problem attaching the case on the first shipment. I contact customer service and Nate went above and beyond to take care of me. Apparently they had trouble adapting some of the earlier cases. Nate said they're moving on to a new case and I probably have the old version. He apologized and quickly organized a new case. Received this week and it fits great - like a glove. Protects all Garmin and no problem. I really like the quick release strap and 3 screen protectors. In general, in the first case, there were no problems with the old version, but they did everything right and took care of everything. It is always a pleasure to work with companies that resolve issues quickly and respond with personal attention. In my opinion the product has 5 stars, but I raised it to 4 due to the initial complexity. If you want to protect your Garmin 520 from falls; Screen damage and being easily plugged in and unplugged from your bike are a good possibility.
