Review on JACO Deluxe Tire Pressure Gauge by Michael Olsen

I received the replacement today 6/25/2020 and immediately tested it on my truck tires. It worked great! Thanks JACO for the right solution. I definitely recommend this company! I bought this specific pressure gauge for my truck tires which require much higher pressure than the average car tire. It seemed pretty easy and I've tested it on several tires with poor results. As soon as I removed the pressure gauge from the air shaft, the needle popped to zero and I heard a hiss from not holding the air pressure properly. Instead of giving a bad review, I contacted the company. The heart man explained that if I tried the simple solution outlined in the downloadable PDF, I could have a sensor working properly. I agreed and he sent me a PDF. I disassembled the block according to the instructions. I noticed that the thread has worn out. I noticed that the o-ring was brittle and cracked. Unfortunately, this block didn't work no matter what I did. It still doesn't hold air pressure. I emailed JACO and they said don't worry they will send me a new unit. I was ready to do it. Unfortunately I did not receive a new device and am still waiting patiently. That was all on June 16, 2020. It's been almost a week now. I have no tracking or support information on replacement status. If it arrives and works properly I'll happily give it a high mark, but for now I'm just disappointed as I haven't received anything.
