Other issues: The inner basket is clearly hot after use, so use caution when removing it to pour coffee. One last thing, although this is a one-button coffee maker, you actually have to press the button multiple times depending on how dark you want your coffee to be. I didn't realize it and that's why when I first used it I had hot water and no coffee! RECOMMENDED if you know what to do to make coffee!
