Review on TRENDnet Hot Plug Auto Scan Hot Keys Compliant by Billy Branch

The mouse will not work with this KVM switch if both computers have no power at the same time. I turn off the computer and unplug the power cord from the back of the computer when not in use. This is very bad design and annoying. I wouldn't buy it again. I upgraded to 4 stars after Trendnet helped me to solve the problem. The mouse I'm using doesn't work over the switch. Even a brand new mouse of the same brand and model straight out of the box didn't work. The reason it didn't get 5 stars is because if you have both computers running and you turn off one of them, the Switch doesn't automatically switch to the working computer. If you try to use this switch to only start the monitor and keyboard, the switch will not work at all.
