These Dexter knives are of excellent quality and value. Made in the USA too!

Dexter paring knives are what I have been looking for for a long time. So far I had to be content with knives sharpened on one side. It is very difficult to cut straight with these cheaper knives. These Dexters are perfect for use in the kitchen. They are VERY sharp so be careful with them.
