Insanely sharp!: Cutlery and knife accessories

This knife is very light but insanely sharp like my other Mercer knives. I cut my thumb trying to open the packaging - that tells you how good this knife is before it even comes out of the box! I've been using it for cutting meat and veggies ever since and love how easily it cuts through even the toughest of veggies.
