I was able to install mine without too much trouble. I had to clean and reapply a few times before I got it straight but not too much of a problem. The controller skin was a bit tricky to install. The part around the buttons was quite tedious. the skin doesn't fit perfectly, but close enough. The skins were a little wrinkled when I received them, but that's not too bad. Also the instructions provided were for the base PS4 which leads me to believe they just redesigned the packaging. nevertheless it is a very good leather.
