Great sharpening stone! Survive DMT Stones!
Like the Atom 140, the 400 is very rough. Effortlessly laps whetstones and levels stones like Chaptons or Shoura in less than 1 minute. He also quickly mastered the lapping of Japanese natural stones. It's not as fast as the 140, but it doesn't leave deep scratches like the 140. The stone isn't perfect for sharpening in my opinion, but it's perfect for lapping!
