Excellent balance for squats and deadlifts.
I've been wearing them to the gym since I got them. I like the flat sole, better balance on squats and deadlifts. Great trainer, very comfortable (but if you have a wide foot like mine look for a wider version of the shoe) and they look great! When they wear out I will definitely buy another pair.
Pros
- Comfortable and light to carry the legs and calves to the gym have a very good support I recommend them.
Cons
- Maybe not stylish enough for some wrestlers
