Excellent knife suitable for cutlery and knife accessories
We had a Japanese knife in the kitchen for many years until the tip broke and we got it as a replacement. Excellent knife. Perfectly holds the blade, easy to clean, copes with any task. The boltless design (blade comes to the base of the blade) makes it more maneuverable than many European forged paring knives. The only downside to this knife is that the handle is a bit smaller than I would like. I suppose those with small hands won't mind this at all, but that's the only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars.
