Talk about 'room to grow'

We only received these shoes today so we didn't put them to the test. But "first impressions count," as the saying goes: you're REALLY tall. I have a pretty average 3 month old (literally 50th percentile - obviously he's way above average in my heart - smartest/strongest/handsome and all that "my baby is the best") and they are huge for him. They would have looked down on him ridiculously sooner than now (we have 0-6 months). Do yourself a favor, grab a ruler and really, really look at 11cm because the shoe definitely fits the ad (so no real seller fault here) - it's just that the monthly estimate is like that rough as it comes. That being said, the closures click, the little buckles have a tactile feel (although they may not be durable if your child is 0-6 years old. The child can almost walk so the shoe is likely to fit like a glove) and the material and the seams feel quite normal.. "still not go" for the course. Given how quickly kids outgrow EVERYTHING and actual shoe size, we're going to use these bad boys for a while until that happens. Also, we really hope we don't play the where the fuck is the sock game anymore, which honestly is why we're buying it anyway.
