I've worn cast cleats my whole life and I'll admit I was a bit skeptical about using them as cleat replacements - they certainly couldn't replace the grip I got from my cleats. I felt like I had to sacrifice comfort for traction. I dared and tried it and was very satisfied! field grass? No problem - they cut through the grass just as well as any other spikes I've had. The big challenge for me was the dirt in the infield and they didn't disappoint. All the grip and traction of the cleats with the comfort of a tennis shoe. As for the sizing issues, they are a bit small so I would suggest going up a size. They have a fairly flexible returns policy. So if you have a triangular foot, just send them back and you'll get a better fit. I love them and will never go back to molded boots!
