There are some cute little patterns in this book. I bought this for the hooded pattern which I have knitted twice and love. There are some cute designs of Fair Isle socks, scarves and berets. Easy for less advanced knitters. The cloth on the cover will probably be my next project. There is even a pattern for knitting wool tights with knitting needles. Nicely designed and beautiful pictures. This book dispels the impression that knitting books can be trifles! The author, like me, is New Zealander, as I found out after reading the dust jacket. Come Kiwi!
