I have another solar fan that I bought in 2017. I've been using it every day for 4 ½ years. I can't sleep at night without a fan, it gets hot at night. It started making noises, but now it's stopped. It was 250.00 and is now not shipping to my area. I'm ordering this one instead. Everything is as described. It is easy to assemble, there are instructions, but it is easy to assemble. It has an internal built-in battery. I'm only interested in the battery life. IDK but it's ok if I lose power I connect my 12V AGM battery or solar panel. I like this fan, maybe I'll get another one. Totally worth the cost. Ass, that's a lot less than half of my old one. It was remote controlled and had LED lighting but that's ok I'm glad I have this one. In an emergency, this is a plus. Update: There was a power outage in our area today. We were eating in the kitchen when the power went out. We've just moved so we don't have solar or battery support yet. I brought this fan into the kitchen and set it on 1 low. Well, with its 5 blades it blows more air than my old 3 blade fan at medium speed. Now I run the fan on minimum. Electricity appeared after 2 hours. So now 6 hours later and it's still happening. It's worth the money plus free shipping.
