I used these two latches to replace two broken latches on my Stanley 3 Drawer Tool Chest. The locks are solid and make a well-made impression. My only issue with these latches is that the rectangular section that connects the top and bottom together is not welded or joined. The rectangular part is simply bent into shape, leaving the ends pressed together. So when using this on heavier toolboxes like mine (>30lbs) the ends of the rectangular section tend to pop open which can cause the latch to pop open. Because of this, almost all of my tools from my toolbox have been spilled. Despite all of that, they still work great with lighter toolboxes and actually still work great with mine. Very often when a rectangular piece opens up, I just take it off, bend it into shape and put it back on. This is usually normal for the next few months. Ideally, the supplier should add a weight limit to the product description to help buyers choose the right product for them.
