Beware of toxic parties.
It smelled like a mixture of chlorine and ammonia. Unfortunately, I took it anyway because I trusted the brand. Don't you know, my body started to fail, I got sick with everything, which is completely unusual for me. Obviously my training was crazy even if I wasn't sick. I stopped taking it for a week and felt less stuck. I'm pretty sure they sent me a poison bath. I just got another brand that smells very different than mine. very worried and disappointed.
