Wonderful! Nail Art & Polish

Okay folks, many of us haven't had a manicure in a long time. I had to wash off my UV gels and my natural nails were as thin and flimsy as tissue paper. In the first photo I saw my natural nails for the first time since 1995. I was fine with leaving them natural until the salons opened, but they kept delaminating and breaking no matter how short I held them on or how much oil and nail hardener. I use. One day it dawned on me: in the early 90's I was doing my nails with silk or fiberglass overlays. I look on Amazon - and lo and behold - this is the same brand I used back then! Long story short, I ordered a pack along with an IBD nail glue brush and was done. Here's what I did: I lightly buffed the surface of the nail to remove the shine, washed and dried my nails. Cut a piece of silk to the size of your nail. Apply sticky side down and arrange until it is how you want it. Please note: the glue is not too sticky, so you need to find the right place on the nail and then apply nail glue on it. Allow to dry, file off excess film on the nail tip and apply another coat of nail glue. Once dry, buff lightly until smooth. That's all! My nails have gotten much stronger. They don't bend! It's amazing and I can take care of more important things!
