I've been looking for a side table that can be used as a painting palette for a long time. This one hit the mark as it's height adjustable, but mostly because I can drop one half and tilt to draw. The stopper on the bottom keeps the palette in place well (fits most tablets and laptops). I have recommended this to other artist friends and they really agree on its potential. You can't go wrong with this. The only thing that would be better if it was a little wider, you could use it as a TV stand, computer stand, and sitting on a chair. but it's too tight ---- and I don't have to sit in a lazy chair, I still have to draw!
