Just slides together, very good size, guinea pigs love it!
I usually build boy houses out of amazon crates but they throw them on their heads and then just fill up with poop lol so I wanted to give them something safe to chew on that's heavy enough for them to can't tip over! My only pig loves living on rooftops so I put a pee pad on it as we are already using fleece to line the cage. It's a smash hit and not too high so my pigs can't just jump up and down off the roof whenever they want. It's easy to take apart again which I love!
