Review on Scettar Silicone Cooking Protector Resistant by Skyy Strickland

I bought two pairs (4 total) of these to have a pink pair and a blue pair. The first time I used a pair was when I removed the pan from our 400F oven after cooking the bacon in it. I didn't feel anything at first touch, but when I took the pan out I felt a sudden intense heat and I had to immediately drop the pan onto the stovetop. I tried to touch the pan again, thinking I was wrong, but I felt the heat of the pan again! My husband told me to use a pair of these mittens on one hand (i.e. double mitt) and it worked better for me. It's good that I have two pairs, but I'm disappointed because I thought I could use ONE glove per hand.
