You might stop, you might not.
The steel plates are very thin and loose. The included brake hardware is razor sharp. I had the brake pads on for about a week and a half, I was driving fine and they started to squeak. Also, every time I suddenly stop, I feel like I have to press the brake pedal almost all the way for them to stop.
