I'm 6'1" and 250 pounds and a size 2XL fits my 34" inseam. The pants alone are fantastic, they keep the wind out and I'm comfortable in most riding conditions. If the temperature rises above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, I'll sweat a little - just keep driving, right? :) Anyway, I'm not sure if it's the fit, but the knee pads aren't fitting properly, or they're not flexible enough because after a few hours of riding, they KILL my knees. The pants pinch where my knees bend and the padding almost cuts into part of my leg. It's hard to explain, but I think it has more to do with harshness/lack of flexibility. I removed the pads and ordered a new, softer and more flexible set through Revain, so I'll report back on their performance once the riding season starts (which can't come soon enough!). I also agree with the other reviewer regarding the zips - they are backwards from the 3 jackets I had access to. I don't know what to do with it, but it's useless.
