Review on πŸ‘– Boys' Clothing: Convertible Camping Trousers for Youth Outdoor Pants by Shawn Reiter

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A little boxier than I like but worked

Pros: β€’ Great green color, other colors look good too. β€’ Fastens with shorts - I was glad they are very easy to pull on in the back! This feature came in handy when visiting the salt marshes when my son got salt on the bottom of these pants and I was able to take them off. β€’ Minimalist Look - I don't like the look of traditional cargo pants, so I like cargo pants. Option with a zip pocket. Cons: β€’ I wish they had a drawstring ankle β€’ The size is a little big (this and the above issue made the pants quite rough) β€’ Very baggy. - I knew it was very likely, but all the pants I could find were like that. It came in handy once I had to unzip my pants and slip them over my son's shoes, but that's about it. If you prefer they are loose but not baggy, or at least have a drawstring at the ankle. Finding good desert hiking pants for my kids was almost impossible. It was basically the only option, or others like this. They worked so well I would still buy them instead of the others because I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere else (especially for the price). In the photo with this review, my two older children are wearing them. The picture shows baby models from another brand (Columbia) which I like better (they cannot be unzipped). However, they are also not available in larger sizes.
