I really liked this dress when I saw it for the first time. This in itself is of great importance, since the labels are often not accurate. COLOR This is a beautiful royal blue color. STYLE The style of this dress is flattering and very pretty. However, when you look at it, it suddenly seems like the neck is all messed up. Any attempt to fix it just results in another move, making the neck look like it needs fixing. Because of the ruffles at the bottom, the neckline doesn't - NEVER - lie flat on me. FITO Except for the neckline, the dress is beautiful and fits well. I'm a size 16 and am missing the US right now and XXL is big enough even if it does shrink a bit. BOTTOM This dress would be perfect if maybe they added a halter neckline and incorporated the ruched front of the neckline into that neckline. so it lays flat. I could do it myself, but most people don't need to take the time. MY RATING IS THREE STARS. The neckline looks too weird, which spoils the whole look of the dress. All eyes will be on the cutout and they will try to help you fix it. At least that would apply to me. A piece of elastic at the front of the neckline can also help.
