***WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW***

I traveled to Grand Cayman (Cayman Islands) from Los Angeles. I checked the wine box and there was also an airplane counter (the crew gave me my checked bags). If you want to travel comfortably by car or train, this suitcase is for you. If you're planning long-haul flights, here are my suggestions: I bought two TSA-approved locks and a luggage strap for $5. The luggage strap saved my life as it kept my wine case from opening when I arrived in Grand Cayman. One of the latches was open, so my guess is that either customs went through it and forgot to fasten it, or it fell very hard to the ground. In any case, he survived these events thanks to a $5 strap. I have a yellow strap from Target (Amazon also sells them) so it was easy to identify when it exited baggage claim. I PACKED A FULL BOX AND ALL MY WINE WAS PERFECTLY EXCELLENT WHEN WE SIT ON TIME. BUY A CARGO BAND!
