Cute even on a tall girl
Bought in green with ruffles and black with trumpet top. Both are very cute. Skirts are beautiful and light. The ruffle top has a very high slit so I can't wear it to work but I wore black with another top. Very comfortable to wear all day and especially in hot weather. A ruffled top can be worn with the sleeves/straps up or down, although it will sag a little and may need regular adjustments.
