In windy weather when it's outside it will chaffee or paint on a bike or tricycle

I ordered this cover for my tricycle. It's nice and big, which was a really good trike. I had to add grommets for better fixation. The main thing I didn't like about this product. And the wind blows in North Dakota. When the wind blows the cover balloons and moves with the gust of wind and rubs my paintwork on the bike and ruins the paintwork on a fender. I emailed the company and told them I had not purchased this product with no reply.
