I bought this direct from the company. I've been using it for three weeks and haven't noticed any real improvement in hair or length, in fact they're shorter because they keep breaking. I think the shampoo really dries out my hair and makes it break at the ends. When I use the shampoo my hair gets so tangled I can even run my fingers through it but after applying the conditioner it feels better and there are no knots or tangles but even with the hair mask my hair is always still very dry and keep breaking. ends. I like the conditioner, but I'm not sure it works better than any other $5 conditioner, so I'll keep using what I have just because it's expensive, but I probably won't be using it again to buy. I would return additional unopened vials but they do not offer refunds if you never open the outer box the products come in. Disappointed with this product that claims to make hair healthier. Doesn't work for me
