Great for a night's rest. Suitable for headphones.

. This is an excellent quality. It doesn't bother my spouse, and if the kids are crying or whatever, I don't have to be paranoid about not hearing them at all. So it's a good combination of being able to listen to music and fall asleep but not blocking out all noise for emergencies.
