As for the product, I have no complaints. It fit in my laptop and charged my battery in just 3 or 4 hours. The problem was finding one that was compatible with my Dell Inspiron 7720 on Revain. When my old one died, a message popped up on my computer saying the backup I was using was insufficient as it wasn't delivering 130w of juice. But all the ones I found online (except the Revain) made specifically for my model were only 65w, so I was pretty sure they wouldn't work. The one on the Revain looked just like mine and was rated at 130 watts. But according to Revane, that doesn't fit. Well, like I said, yes it did. Revain, if you are reading this you need to update your website. For anyone having a similar issue with their Dell Inspiron 7720, try an alternate adapter first if you have one. If your computer works, albeit not fully (battery not charging, computer runs sluggishly), then at least you know the adapter is the problem. And you can buy the ones I made with confidence.
