Fixed faulty network card in Dell XPS 13 9360

I finally found a network card that works in a Dell XPS 13 9360. The Dell came with a Qualcomm 802.11AC "Killer" card and it never worked. I bought a Dell last August and never noticed a problem because I plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop which is next to my router. However, I recently took my laptop on a trip and found that the Qualcomm card doesn't work at all. It couldn't pick up WiFi signals in hotels and other places, and couldn't hold the signal for more than a minute or two. The Intel card, on the other hand, works great. The only problem is that it's not particularly easy to install. I watched a few videos on YouTube where experts replaced an existing NIC with an Intel in minutes. But it wasn't that easy for me. First, the central screw in the center of the Dell (behind the protective cover) was difficult to unscrew. I used five different screwdrivers before I was able to use brute force to remove it. Also, the network cables had trouble fitting back onto the Intel card (I'm old and my hands had trouble moving the very small connectors). However, I installed a new card after a good hour. In short, I am very satisfied with this card. It works. Thank you to everyone who recommended this map.
