So far so good: backrest organizer
To tell the truth I got this mainly as a spacer to keep my dog from jumping on the center console between my bucket seats! :). Now that I have it installed which was very easy just attach two carabiners to each headrest post, it looks good and seems to be of good quality. I like that instead of straps, carabiners are used that need to be tightened and then "snapped". Therefore, it is very easy to take off and put on when you wish. If necessary, you can tighten the straps slightly. My organizer kinda "sits" on my center console, but that doesn't bother me.
