Bought two sets. (I only have one remote, which wasn't a big deal when I got my money back for it, but you'll want to count your pieces when they arrive!) Important things: Very pretty and bright. Nice set of shimmer options. A set of batteries lasts about six weeks with regular use. Unfortunately, it turned out that one of my batteries was defective. The first set of batteries I used had a small leak in one of them. I figured it was a battery accident so I cleaned it up and bought and put in a brand new set of batteries. Fast forward a few weeks and last night I heard a loud bang. I checked the light and found the battery made a small explosion with two batteries bursting and covered in acid. My other kit seems to work fine with no such issues, so I think it was just a glitch. . But be careful - if your child uses them, parents may need to change the batteries. So the 50/50 = 2.5 experience starts with an extra 0.5 stars for how nice they look.
