I took the risk of buying this dress just for the looks! This dress is poorly made! It smelled like fish when I got it which wasn't a deal breaker because it can be washed off. The ribbon that ties at the waist parted at the seam of the dress and came loose while I was tying it! The lining shows through under the tulle so I can see my baby's diaper. A diaper cover should be included with this dress, especially up to size 24 months. The skirt is not as dramatic as in the photo. This can be 2 thin layers of tulle that extend 2 inches under the lining. Completely dissatisfied with this purchase and living abroad makes it difficult for me to return. I wish I had given no stars but it is required for a review. .
