I have spent many hours searching for the right nakiri knife to buy. By right I mean a good balance between quality and value. I have read that this MAC Nakiri knife is a very good quality knife for the price and many people in the kitchen have recommended this knife. Mine showed rust spots after TWO uses (with drying immediately after washing the knife)! Other reviews mention the same issue so I am very skeptical that this seller is selling a legitimate knife. The knife came in a nice box with a short "how to use" letter from MAC so I don't know. I'm just amazed how a knife with such a high rating can have rust spots on it. I have been using a Victorinox chef's knife for many years and have had no problems with it. I made a refund request from the seller and I hope it will be accepted. I am totally disappointed that I spent over $75 on this knife.
